    Water Furnace International has held Open Houses to allow the public to see the manufacturing and rigorous testing that the equipment goes through before receiving approval for shipment.  Here you can see Jill Miller of the Sales department explaining some of the manufacturing processes in the plant. 

Here is an employee at Water Furnace with years of experience.  All station is the manufacturing process use bar code reading devices like the one shown in his hand.  All major parts have bar code labels and are scanned as they are installed.  Every unit is built with the right parts.  And since Water Furnace makes so many different models in a day, this insures that it is always the right part for the right geothermal unit.
