The Cliffs in Aboite

    Here you see the 1 1/2" foam floor insulation in place on the lower level of the Virtual Model Home Villaminium at The Cliffs in Aboite, Fort Wayne.  Once the foam board was in place the wire mesh was added.   Then Collier's Heating and Air Conditioning installed the radiant floor heating tube for the geothermal system.     2 Water Furnace geothermal systems are water-to-water for the radiant floor  heating and 2 more Water Furnace geothermal systems are for water-to-air that are for cooling, for a total of 4 geothermal systems.  Each system then has multiple zones that allow for precise temperature control for each separate room in the house.  You can even heat the ceramic floors in the bath areas while air conditioning in the summer.   An air handling system was installed at each end of the house that includes fresh air heat exchangers with Lenox  multiple step air purification.   Warm floors and clean, fresh air!

Over 3,200 feet of radiant floor heating was installed in the lower level.  Approximately 3,500 square feet of geothermal, radiant floor heat was installed on the main floor.
